Pre, Post NatalAs a mum of four I found the well documented benefits of exercise in pregnancy to be true. Being fit and active you will feel and look better, and cope with the growing demands of your baby more readily. An easier delivery is also more likely.

As a mum-to-be you may well be nervous about the best way to exercise. I will guide you through this wonderful time exercising safely and effectively. We can work together or you can bring along a friend to make the sessions even more enjoyable.

I certainly found being fit before the big event helped me with recovery and dealing with the challenges of motherhood.

The Post Natal period brings its own goals and challenges, in particular for your stomach and pelvic floor. Usual stomach exercises are rarely appropriate at this demanding time. My wealth of experience in guiding clients through the initial Post Natal period, with specific exercises correctly sequenced, aids both recovery and, importantly, self-esteem. I have worked with many new mothers providing support, encouragement and, ultimately, effective results.

Pelvic Floor

Whether Post Natally or at any other stage a weak pelvic floor is usually fairly easily rectified. I can teach you the corrective exercises in a simple and progressive programme to be completed regularly at home.
